Returns & Refunds

We want every collector to feel confident ordering with us. Here's exactly how returns work.

From delivery to request a return.
Sealed only
Unopened product in original condition.
Buyer pays return shipping
Refund issued once we receive it.

What we accept

Sealed booster packs, ETBs, mini tins, and sleeved boosters returned within 3 days of delivery, in their original unopened condition. Damaged or opened product cannot be refunded unless it arrived defective.

Damaged on arrival

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We'll replace or refund — your call. In this case, we cover return shipping.

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@degenerazation.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Ship the package back at your own cost using a tracked service — we recommend insurance.
  4. Refund issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

Return shipping costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges from your order are non-refundable.

Refund timing

Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
